Usually I don’t go to the bush reserve next to the oval down the road because its woody, prickly and full of spiders (ok, I’m being very dramatic). But I went today, and after yesterday’s rain, there was an abundance of floral buds from the native plants waiting to bloom. This was one of the first few that has. Will pay another visit in a couple of days to see what else has blossomed.

To me, sunsets are always beautiful, there’s nothing denying that. There’s something magical about them. You can’t help but to stop and admire it, for a few seconds or until it disappears for another day. And for each day, each sunset is different, each one is unique, each one is special. That’s why they are beautiful

We found this quiet court yard in the Northbridge to enjoy our cold bubble teas. It was in the late afternoon so the sun was spilling its warmth into the court yard. My friend did not want this picture to be used (secretly she does) but that’s ok, she’s not on tumblr and we just won’t tell her.
